-infrared furnace (PP IK-176/12), equipped with a transport system with a lifting capacity of 5 t.
-polymer coating chamber (KNO-9/2)
2.Mobile gas flame apparatus (MGPU-3)
3.Production area for sandblasting of metal surfaces.
Our company uses for coating-thermal agent and thermoplastic. the coating process is done by electrostatic method or MGPU-3, depending on the task.
Our company provides powder coating services in accordance with international standards QUALICOAT Class 1, Class 2. All activities are carried out on innovative equipment using short-wave infrared heating, which provides optimal conditions for the formation of a durable polymer coating. We use only certified powder paints from world brands: PULRON (Turkey), PULVER (Turkey), AXALTA (France) and others. We will select materials and technological processes according to your requirements and working conditions, which will ensure maximum service life of the coating and therefore of your product.
